Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Production Engineer (Mechanical) to join our team in the Gulf. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a passion for supporting production processes and contributing to product development.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components.
Support production operations by troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance standards are met.
Participate in the testing and evaluation of prototypes and final products.
Prepare technical documentation and reports on project progress and outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in UAE or India.
Assist in daily production operations to meet targets related to quality, cost, and delivery.
Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and suggest corrective actions.
Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve process-related issues.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication in English and Hindi.
