Job Title : Sales Manager

Location: Dubai, U.A.E.

Salary: AED 8000-9000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who is passionate about sales and well-connected in the Hookah lounge or HORECA industry, and able lead our sales operations, and grow our Hookah charcoal business across U.A.E.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our high-quality Hookah charcoal and other products.

• Develop and manage relationships with Hookah lounges, cafes' and restaurants.

• Negotiate prices, delivery terms and contracts.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support.

• Stay on top of market trends and competitors.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.⁠

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, tobacco, or hospitality.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is a big plus.

• Experience working with HORECA or lounge clients.

• Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven.

• U.A.E. Driving license preferred

Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and distributors.
Strong sales background in trading, FMCG, or hospitality (preferably in hookah or charcoal products).
Ability to identify new customers and close deals effectively.
Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building ability.
Organized, result-oriented, and proactive.
Good knowledge of invoicing, quotations, and delivery follow-ups.
Proficient in WhatsApp Business, Excel, and basic CRM tools.
Fluent in English (Arabic or French is an advantage).
UAE driving license preferred.
