Designs Field Agency is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our team. If you know how to turn ideas into impact, strategies into results, and content into engagement — this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute professional social media strategies and action plans
Write promotional, catchy, and brand-aligned captions and taglines
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns for best results
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Proven experience in strategy building, copywriting, and ad management
Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, and trends
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
Excellent English writing and communication skills
Creative thinker with strong organizational and time management skills
