🌍 We’re Hiring: Associate Project Manager

We’re seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead and coordinate our technical teams in Lebanon and abroad. This role is essential for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of engineering and IT projects across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with a proven ability to deliver results, manage multicultural teams, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, international environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Technical & Project Leadership

Lead and align multi-location technical teams with project goals and deadlines.
Oversee engineering, IT development, and infrastructure deliverables.
Translate business objectives into actionable, measurable outcomes.

Planning & Delivery

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure high-quality delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
Coordinate effectively across global teams and time zones.

Stakeholder Communication

Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, management, and clients.
Deliver project updates, progress reports, and risk assessments.
Manage expectations across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

Risk, Compliance & Quality

Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.
Conduct post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Team Leadership

Mentor and guide team members for professional development.
Foster collaboration, accountability, and a culture of excellence.

Skills

🔹 Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Computer/Communications Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
PMP certification preferred (or equivalent project management credential).

Experience & Skills

4–5 years of experience managing technical projects and distributed teams.
Demonstrated success in engineering and IT project delivery.
Experience working in multicultural and remote environments.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic or French is a plus).
