Job Title: Kitchen Cleaner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and organization in our kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will ensure that all cleanliness standards are met, contributing to a safe and hygienic workspace for kitchen staff and food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, and surfaces regularly.
Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies and report needs to management.
Follow proper sanitation practices and maintain safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervising chef or kitchen manager.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a cleaning role, preferably in a kitchen or food service environment.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, as necessary.
