We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Plumbing Technician to join our home maintenance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience working within villa communities across Dubai. Key Responsibilities

Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in residential villas.
Diagnose issues related to water supply, drainage, pumps, heaters, and general plumbing systems.
Install, repair, and replace water heaters, filtration systems, sanitaryware, pipework, and fixtures.
Conduct thorough inspections and provide clear, professional explanations to clients regarding the work required.
Prepare accurate job reports, material lists, and updates using company systems and procedures.
Work neatly and responsibly inside client homes, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining a clean workspace.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years’ plumbing experience, preferably within Dubai villa communities.
Strong understanding of UAE plumbing standards, water systems, and common villa infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently with clients.
Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
