We are seeking a Senior Accountant with strong experience in accounting and financial management. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in malls, retail centers, or multi-tenant businesses; however, experienced candidates from other sectors are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations and financial records
Handle tenant billing, receivables, and payables
Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements
Ensure VAT compliance and coordination with auditors
Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue performance

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (mall/retail experience is an advantage)
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting standards
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
