We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing Tech & Blockchain company. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong discretion, and the ability to manage a fast-paced executive agenda.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and international travel.
Filter and prioritize emails and Telegram messages; respond when appropriate.
Schedule and coordinate calls, meetings, and follow-ups with internal and external partners.
Prepare briefs, documents, and maintain smooth communication on behalf of the CEO.
Ensure efficient workflow and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Provide on-site support in Dubai and accompany the CEO on selected international trips.

Skills

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
5+ years as a Personal/Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
Experience in tech, blockchain, fintech, or fast-paced environments is an advantage.
Excellent English proficiency (spoken & written) is essential.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
Strong digital skills: Google Workspace, Telegram, Zoom/Meet, calendar management.
Professional, discreet, proactive, eager to learn.
