We’re Hiring: Property Consultant – Abu Dhabi

Maple Leaf Properties is one of Abu Dhabi’s growing and dynamic real estate firms. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our professional team. If you're passionate about real estate and thrive in a performance-driven environment, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience is a plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market.
UAE Driving License and own vehicle preferred.
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
ADM Broker license/real estate certification is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
Provide expert advice and market insights to clients.
Conduct property viewings and manage client relationships.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Negotiate and close property deals professionally and ethically.
Keep up to date with Abu Dhabi real estate laws, trends, and listings.
