Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Promotion and Sales

Proactively contact and engage with healthcare professionals within private hospitals to promote and sell pharmaceutical products tailored to their needs and practice requirements.
Schedule and conduct detailed product presentations to doctors, emphasizing the benefits and effectiveness of the medicines and medical products offered by Mohamed Naser Al Hajery & Sons.
Process orders from healthcare professionals, managing the sales cycle from initiation to delivery to ensure timely access to pharmaceutical products.

Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare staff in private hospitals, understanding and fulfilling their requirements efficiently.
Offer ongoing support and detailed product information to healthcare professionals, thereby building trust and enhancing long-term relationships.

Market and Product Knowledge

Continually enhance personal knowledge of medicines and sales techniques, staying aligned with the latest medical and technical advancements.
Keep abreast of market trends, including new healthcare initiatives, legislative changes, and competitor activities, to maintain a competitive edge.
Build and utilize external networks to understand broader market dynamics and apply insights to improve sales strategies.

Reporting

Collect and analyze information from interactions with healthcare professionals to aid in the development of accurate sales forecasts and strategic planning.
Propose and implement innovative sales strategies and pricing models to attract new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring sustained growth.

Skills

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience
Specialized in skincare / dermatology, with Kuwait experience being a value add.
