Plumbing work - do installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, and other systems used for water distribution and sewage disposal.
HVAC work - can fix, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps in walls, and checking the control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
Repairing broken or water leakage
Inspect and troubleshoot appliances and equipment and report any issues in the apartment.
Performing regular inspections.
Conducting preventative maintenance and identifying when items need to be upgraded or replacing providing full information.
Respond quickly in the event of an emergency
