Are you a strategic leader with a proven track record in real estate sales? Do you have the ability to build, train, and guide high-performing teams? We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Director to join our organization and drive revenue growth in the competitive Abu Dhabi property market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and performance KPIs
Manage day-to-day operations of the sales department
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
Establish strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders
Provide training, coaching, and regular performance reviews to team members
Drive lead generation and conversion metrics across all channels

Skills

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in UAE real estate sales
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven results in closing high-value property deals
Ability to build and manage a sales team
Deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market (preferred)
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
