Job Description:

Plan, create, and automate high-performing social media content (posts, reels, campaigns) aligned with travel trends, destinations, and seasonal offers.
Utilize AI tools to analyze engagement, optimize post timing, and personalize content for different traveler personas.
Build and maintain automated marketing workflows to nurture potential travelers from awareness to booking and integrating CRM and social platforms.
Use analytics dashboards (native or AI-powered) to measure ROI, engagement, and campaign success; present monthly reports with actionable insights.

Skills

Qualifications:

Preferably Billingual speakers (English – Arabic languages)
At least 3 years of experience in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Marketing with proven success managing social or digital campaigns for travel brands, destinations, airlines, hotels, or OTAs.
Ability to use AI for content ideation, caption generation, sentiment analysis, and performance optimization with strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual coordination skills
Experience with HubSpot, Active Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Mailchimp automation workflows, automated content scheduling, and CRM integrations
