We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Real Estate Contract Analyst to support regional real estate operations across Europe and the Middle East. This role focuses on lease administration, financial reconciliation, documentation management, and maintaining accurate data within internal real estate systems. The position is onsite in Dubai and supports a large, fast-paced operational network.

Key Responsibilities

Review lease documentation and extract critical information such as rental obligations and financial terms.
Track lease commencements, renewals, amendments, and new site launches.
Upload and maintain lease-related documents within commercial software platforms.
Manage and oversee the commercial lease administration system.
Conduct monthly review, audit, and processing of rental and financial obligations in compliance with internal policies.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal legal teams and external legal partners.
Set up new landlords in internal/external systems, including form processing and ticketing.
Maintain accurate banking details for new and existing landlords.
Ensure new locations are established correctly within relevant systems.
Receive, review, and reconcile monthly statements via team channels.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience using commercial contractual or lease administration software.
Strong background in financial reconciliation, budgeting, and audit processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
