Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Tele Caller to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on generating leads and booking appointments related to Dubai’s booming off-plan real estate market. You will be the first point of contact for potential investors and buyers, introducing them to exclusive property offerings from top developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads generated via campaigns, digital platforms, and referrals.
Introduce prospects to current off-plan projects and investment opportunities in Dubai.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels.
Provide basic information on payment plans, locations, and project highlights.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge on current and upcoming developments.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tele sales or real estate (preferably in Dubai).
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, especially off-plan developments.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Goal-driven, confident, and persistent.
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
