is looking to hire a female Real Estate Admin with proven experience in the property market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Posting property listings on major real estate platforms (Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder)

• Preparing property details, descriptions, and required information for listings

• Handling daily administrative tasks and follow-ups related to property files

• Managing documents, forms, and property records

• Communicating with clients at the initial stage and forwarding details to the relevant team

• Monitoring listing status and renewing ads when needed

• Coordinating internally with the sales and operations teams

Requirements:

• Female candidate (mandatory)

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a real estate company (mandatory)

• Good command of the English language (spoken and written)

• Familiar with listing processes and online real estate platforms

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible personality
