Responsibilities:

Reception and front desk management, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and clients while managing inquiries and directing them appropriately.
Provide administrative support and office coordination, including maintaining schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication between departments to enhance workflow.
Assist with HR functions, including employee documentation and onboarding support, ensuring that new hires have a seamless transition into the company.
Manage incoming calls and correspondence effectively, utilizing communication tools to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries from clients and staff.
Maintain an organized front desk area and office environment, managing supplies and equipment to ensure everything is readily available for daily operations.
Prepare reports and presentations as needed, utilizing software tools to compile information accurately for internal and external stakeholders.
Implement and maintain filing systems, ensuring that both electronic and paper documents are organized and easily accessible for team members.
