As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our organization. You will utilize various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools to identify potential candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications to ensure a good fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
