Develop innovative architectural designs and concepts in line with project objectives.
Prepare and present detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using advanced design software.
Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other team members throughout project phases.
Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Contribute creative ideas during design discussions and problem-solving processes.
Ensure design quality and consistency across all deliverables.

Skills

Minimum of 2 years of architectural experience.
Proven experience as an Architect with a strong professional portfolio.
Expert knowledge of building materials, construction details, codes, and quality standards.
Advanced skills in SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and 3D Max.
Excellent drawing and visualization skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (BS).
Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
