To be considered for this role, candidates must have: * 10-15 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a strong focus on financial institutions and trade finance. * Proven origination experience and an active book of African FI clients. * Strong understanding of syndicated loan structures, trade finance products, and market dynamics. * Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. * Fluency in English; French or other African regional languages would be an advantage. * A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
