As they expand their operations, they are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources — from recruitment and onboarding to culture development and employee engagement.Responsibilities1. Recruitment and OnboardingLead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of employees across all departments.Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth adaptation and integration of new hires.Manage and maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline to support the company’s growth.2. RequirementsMinimum 3 years of professional HR experience, preferably within the real estate or property sector.Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR practices.Fluency in Russian is mandatory; English proficiency required.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
