Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business operations and sales growth in Russia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the Russian market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop entry strategies.
- Manage sales operations including pricing, forecasting, and reporting.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Collaborate with the regional and international teams to ensure smooth operations.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in building materials, sanitaryware, or related industries).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken).
- Based in Russia or willing to relocate.
