We are looking for a Junior Commercial / Contracts Manager to support our project's commercial operations. The role includes progress invoicing, pre-contract and post contract compliance, coordination with Sales/Operations, managing valuations, following up on payments, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with project profitability reviews.
Ideal candidates should have strong coordination and communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in commercial or contract administration within project-driven industries.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years’ experience in commercial, contracts, or project administration roles.
- Knowledge of project progress invoicing, basic costing, and contract terms.
- Identify and prepare claims wherever necessary in co-ordination with site team.
- Support the site team for all commercial matters, attend commercial meetings, finalization of Variations.
- Strong coordination skills across Sales, Projects, Operations, and Accounts teams.
- Good communication skills for customer and internal follow-ups.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Document Management Systems (DMS).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of project profitability and commercial reporting.
- Professional, organized, and proactive with problem-solving ability.
