We are a confidential, fast-growing Brazilian premium juice brand, #1 in our home market, now launching in the GCC. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to build our presence from the ground up.

Key Responsabilties
Market Entry Strategy: Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the GCC region.
•Distributor Management: Identify, negotiate with, and manage key distributors in all 6 GCC countries.
•Sales & Volume Growth: Achieve sales targets (20 containers Year 1, 50 containers Year 2).
•Brand Building: Work with our marketing team to build brand awareness and execute promotional activities.
•Regulatory Compliance: Oversee product registration and licensing (Halal, ESMA, SFDA).
•Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Skills
5-8 years of experience in sales/business development within the FMCG/beverage industry in the GCC.
•Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
•Strong existing network of distributors and key accounts in the UAE, KSA, and other GCC markets.
•Deep understanding of import processes, certifications (Halal, ESMA, SFDA), and market dynamics in the GCC.
•Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
•Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, results-oriented, and comfortable with autonomy.
•Based in the UAE (or willing to relocate).
