Job Description: ?Oversee the daily preparation and presentation of all pastry items and dessert items while maintaining consistent quality and taste standards.?Create new recipes and seasonal menus, manage ingredient inventory.?Ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and food-handling standards.?Coordinate with the Head Chef and service teams to ensure timely production and smooth operation during service and special events. Qualifications: ?Male, Asian and Arabic nationals, aged 45 years old and below?Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, Baking & Pastry, or Hospitality Management.?Minimum of 4 years’ experience in pastry or within the F&B or hospitality industry; With proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Cold kitchen.?With strong leadership, time management, and hygiene standards, with the ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
