•Develop and implement performance management documentation and strategies.•Monitor and evaluate employee performance on a regular basis.•Provide feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team performance.•Prepare comprehensive and informative performance reports to ensure awareness of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all services.•Measure performance against KPIs, focusing on identifying reasons for underperformance, and providing recommendations for improvement and continuous development.•Attend and contribute to meetings by providing reports and statistical data related to the company’s quality and performance against KPIs.
•Minimum of 4 years’ experience in data analysis and KPI monitoring.•Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Engineering.•Proficiency in both Arabic and English is an advantage.•Transferable Iqama.
