We are seeking a skilled Calibration Engineer to join our team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measurement and test equipment through effective calibration practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct calibration of various instruments and equipment according to industry standards and protocols.
- Maintain calibration records and documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
- Troubleshoot and repair calibration equipment as needed.
- Assist in the development and improvement of calibration procedures and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper calibration of equipment in production processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in calibration engineering or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of calibration standards and practices (ISO 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1).
- Proficiency in using calibration tools and software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
