Position OverviewThe Villa Manager oversees the daily operations of a luxury villa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth property maintenance, and efficient staff coordination. This role requires strong leadership, hospitality expertise, and a hands-on approach to delivering premium service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & HospitalityServe as the main point of contact for all guests before, during, and after their stay.Provide personalized guest services, including itinerary planning, concierge services, and local recommendations.Ensure the villa is prepared and presented to luxury standards upon guest arrival.Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.Operations & HousekeepingOversee daily villa operations, including housekeeping, laundry, kitchen service, and groundskeeping.Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety.Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).Manage inventory of supplies, amenities, and equipment.Staff ManagementRecruit, train, schedule, and supervise villa staff (housekeepers, butlers, chefs, groundskeepers, etc.).Conduct performance evaluations and maintain high service standards.Foster a positive, professional, and service-oriented team environment.Financial & Administrative DutiesManage budgets, expenses, invoices, and payroll for villa operations.Prepare financial reports and track operational costs.Coordinate vendor relationships and oversee sourcing, purchasing, and service contracts.Maintenance & Property CareOversee preventative maintenance and ensure timely repairs of all villa facilities, systems, and equipment.Liaise with contractors, technicians, and external service providers.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.Marketing & Reservations (if applicable)Assist with villa promotion, listings, and social media content.Manage booking platforms, reservations, and guest communication.Monitor occupancy and contribute to revenue strategies.
Minimum of 7 years of experience and 3 years in a position involving management & Supervision.Should possess property management or high level hotel management experience.European female candidates preferred.
