Working closely with Sales, Product and Engineering teams, your role will broadly involve:•Full ownership of overall sales strategy and its fit with the organizational goals and product delivery roadmap•Lead process improvements and collaborate cross departments to ensure firm-wide optimal resource utilization•Design incentive structures that represent business objectives and establish KPIs to monitor and track progress on these objectives•Benchmark team, team lead, and individual performance to optimally segment sales territory ownerships•Deep dive into data flow from product and sales channels to recognize and leverage improvement opportunities based on industry best practices•Monitor business trends, conduct root cause analyses, and dynamically adapt sales process to maximize profit•Ensure the CRM systems stay in line with the business objectives, fully capturing business critical informationThe position offers high visibility and frequent interactions with top management, the chance to solve complex business problems at the cutting edge of the industry, as well as hands-on business building experience with exposure across all business verticals.A very competitive tax-free compensation package is offered.
2–5 years of experience in Sales Analysis or similar analytical rolesStrong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel modelling, and dashboard creationAbility to interpret large data sets and generate actionable insightsSolid understanding of key sales metrics (pipeline, conversions, revenue, CAC, retention)Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain data in simple termsDetail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to support forecasting, KPI tracking, and sales planningExperience collaborating with sales, marketing, and leadership teamsCapable of identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve sales performanceOrganized, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
