A reputable organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Soft Services Supervisor to oversee and manage a range of soft service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and proven experience in managing housekeeping and related services.Key Responsibilities•Supervise and coordinate soft services operations including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and pest control.•Ensure all service providers meet required standards and agreed service levels.•Conduct periodic inspections to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.•Develop, implement, and monitor schedules for soft service activities.•Respond promptly and effectively to service-related requests and complaints.•Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.•Liaise with external contractors and suppliers.•Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to soft services.•Prepare regular reports and utilize Excel for data tracking, analysis, and reporting.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field, mainly in housekeeping•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field•Ability to start within the next 30 days would be beneficial•Must be currently based in Riyadh with relevant visas
