About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Technical Superintendents to manage the technical operations of our offshore fleet. Each Superintendent oversees multiple vessels and contributes to fleet-wide support, drawing on their individual strengths - whether in hull and machinery, dry-docking and structural integrity, or jacking systems and hydraulics.This is a generalist role with collaborative responsibilities. All Superintendents are expected to manage their assigned vessels while providing cross-support to others based on their technical expertise.Key Responsibilities•Oversee vessel maintenance, repairs, and performance monitoring.•Plan and manage dry-docking, special surveys, and reactivations.•Support jacking system operations and troubleshooting across the fleet.•Ensure compliance with class, flag, and international maritime regulations.•Maintain PMS records, technical documentation, and certification schedules.•Collaborate with onboard teams, contractors, and internal departments.•Participate in budgeting, procurement, and project planning.•Provide technical input for commercial and operational queries.
•Degree or diploma in Marine, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering, or equivalent maritime experience such as Chief Engineer, Naval Architect, or Master Mariner.•Proven experience in vessel technical management, dry-docking, or jacking systems.•Familiarity with classification society requirements, AutoCAD, and PMS systems (e.g., NS5).•Strong troubleshooting and project coordination skills.•Offshore safety certifications (BOSIET, HUET) preferred.•Willingness to travel or work offshore as required.
