We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Transformation PMO (Delivery Team) and support the execution of Group-wide Transform Program initiatives. This role is ideal for someonewho excels in structure, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management, and who thrives in a fast-paced transformation environment.
You will work closely with the PMO leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, risks are managed effectively, and governance standards are consistently met across all workstreams.
What You'll Be Doing
1. PMO Delivery & Execution
- Support the end-to-end execution of Transform Program initiatives across multiple workstreams.
- Establish and maintain detailed workstream plans including milestones, dependencies, baselines, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate and run workstream meetings: scheduling, preparing materials, capturing minutes, following up actions, and updating RAID logs.
- Manage PMO documentation including templates, trackers, reports, version control, and structured storage.
2. Governance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to PMO governance frameworks, escalation mechanisms, and documentation standards.
- Prepare weekly reports, dashboards, and board-level packs for leadership review.
- Monitor risks, issues, actions, and decisions (RAID) and proactively follow up with stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional alignment and identify interdependencies across workstreams.
3. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Coordinate SAP/BY implementation activities when relevant (experience beneficial but not mandatory).
- Support training logistics (user lists, scheduling, coordination, attendance, feedback) as part of PMO deliverables.
4. Data Accuracy & Critical Thinking
- Validate, challenge, and question data shared by workstream leads to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Identify gaps, risks, or inconsistencies and escalate when needed.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- 4-6 years of experience in project management or PMO roles, ideally within large transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of PMO processes, governance, RAID management, and project reporting.
- Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project, Excel, Smartsheet or similar).
- Ability to analyze and validate/challenge data shared by stakeholders.
- Experience with system implementation projects (SAP, BY, or similar) is a plus.
