Linum Consult’s client is a major international company urgently seeking a Maintenance Manager with a background in Mechanical Process Plants & Equipment to be based in their Doha office.RESPONSIBILITIES•Managing and directing multi-disciplined maintenance engineering functions to ensure preventative, reactive, and predictive maintenance operations are executed efficiently and systematically•Overseeing the maintenance of mechanical process plants, mechanical utilities, instrumentation equipment, automation equipment, electrical equipment, and rotating machinery•Supporting the operations of a large, multi-site production facility comprising of multiple urea and ammonia plants, a melamine plant, cogeneration units, and UFC plants•Ensuring compliance with and promoting Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management procedures and standards•Managing, planning, and monitoring engineering activities and projects to ensure execution in line with best engineering and project management practices•Coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of maintenance operations and related services•Establishing and managing maintenance and expenditure budgets
