Qualifications:•Minimum of 12 years to 15 Years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the facility management industry.•Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.•In-depth knowledge of the facility management services.•Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.•Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and industry partners.•Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business development plans.•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
