Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing, drafting, and maintaining contractual documents (NDAs, supplier/customer contracts, service agreements).
- Support the monitoring of compliance with internal policies, UAE legal frameworks, and business objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis on contractual risks and best practices.
- Collaborate with legal, commercial, project management, and supply chain teams.
- Support reporting activities and continuous improvement initiatives in contract management tools and workflows.
