Role Overview
TheJr. Trainer Cleaning Servicesis responsible for delivering hands-on technical and behavioral training sessions for Urban Company's cleaning professionals. The role focuses on ensuring every partner understands UC's cleaning standards, service protocols, hygiene norms, and customer handling expectations, thereby maintaining high-quality service delivery across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Conductpractical and classroom trainingon home and deep cleaning processes, tools, and equipment usage.
- Deliversoft skills and customer etiquette trainingto enhance service quality.
- Support theonboarding and certificationof new cleaning partners.
- Assist in theimplementation of refresher and upskilling programsunder Senior Trainer guidance.
- Ensure adherence tosafety, hygiene, and chemical handling standardsas per UC and UAE norms.
- Maintain accurate training attendance, assessment results, and certification records.
- Conducton-site audits and field observationsto provide coaching and feedback to partners.
- Share insights and partner feedback with Senior Trainer and Category teams for process improvement.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge ofcleaning tools, materials, and procedures.
- Effectivecommunication and facilitation skillsin a multilingual environment.
- Empathetic and patient trainer who can connect with field partners.
- Basic understanding ofadult learning principlesand safety compliance.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented in maintaining training records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Hospitality, Facility Management, or related fields preferred).
- 35 years of experience, including2+ years in cleaning operations or training roles.
- Prior experience trainingblue-collar or partner workforcein UAE or GCC is highly desirable.
- Languages:English and Hindi/Urdu required;Arabic/Tagalogan advantage.
- Knowledge of UAEhygiene and chemical safety protocolspreferred.
