- Provide engineering services required for the development and implementation of smart city technologies and projects.- Offer transformation guidance to support the transition into smart city frameworks.- Develop strategies in collaboration with multi-disciplinary groups to ensure integrated and sustainable solutions.- Lead the conceptualization and execution of economic development projects aligned with smart city concepts.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the development and implementation of Smart City technologies and projects.- Proven track record in key management and leadership roles.- At least 5 years of recent experience guiding Smart City transformations, preferably in the public sector.- Experience working in the Middle East or other developed countries.- Demonstrated ability to develop strategies with multidisciplinary groups.- Strong background in Urban Design and Infrastructure projects within the Smart City framework.
