Staff shall be able to provide services in the following areas:•Urban Planning Design•Town Planning•Transit-Oriented Developments (TODs)•Industrial Planning•Smart Cities Planning and Design•Subdivision Planning•Land Use Planning•Master Planning•Scope of Works includes:•Conducting feasibility studies•Prioritizing master plans for phased development•Developing implementation strategies•Applying knowledge of planning regulations and sustainable planning principles
•B.S in Architecture or Urban Planning - Preferred M.S in Urban Design, Planning or Development equivalent.•Minimum of 15 years of experience in urban planning and Design preferably in Middle East experience. •Experience in large scale urban design, town planning, TOD's, Industrial planning, Smart city and subdivision planning with knowledge of planning laws and regulations and sustainable planning principles. •Experience working with multi-disciplinary team.•Must be fluent in Arabic and English both written and spoken with an excellent capability for managerial skills as well as oral and written technical communication skills;•Computer skills in project management tools are mandatory.
