Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
We are a growing filtration company specializing in air, oil, fuel, hydraulic, and industrial filters for automotive and heavy-duty applications. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle customer inquiries (walk-in, phone, and WhatsApp).
- Identify customer requirements and cross-reference OEM or competitor part numbers with our in-house filter brands.
- Ensure customers are supplied with the correct filters based on application and specifications.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and inquiry records accurately.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain proper documentation and customer records using Microsoft Office.
Key Requirements:
- Strong willingness to learn on the job and develop product knowledge in filtration systems.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand and match part numbers accurately.
- Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a responsible, customer-focused attitude.
Experience in filters or auto spare parts is an advantage, but a strong learning mindset is essential.
