Linum Consult’s client is a major international company currently seeking a Planning Engineer with a background in large heavy industry projects to be based in their Doha office.RESPONSIBILITIES•Supporting the Senior Planning Engineer in the planning, monitoring, and control of the project schedule and progress performance across major projects•Ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, project objectives, and company standards•Preparing and analysing project schedules and progress reports•Ensuring accurate tracking of project performance and supporting informed decision-making•Promoting & adhering to the company’s health & safety, environmental, energy, and quality management systems and standards
PROFILE•Degree qualification in an Engineering subject and a relevant Professional Certification •At least 7 years’ experience in planning, with at least 3-5 years in major projects, ideally within the heavy industry sector•Fluent in spoken and written English •Due to visa restrictions, our client can only consider candidates who are Western nationals
