We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Leasing Executive to join the team of one of the UAE’s leading malls. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about retail property and leasing, who is ready to play a key role in driving occupancy, shaping the tenant mix, and contributing to the overall success of a vibrant shopping destination. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager and Leasing Manager, assisting with everything from market research and rental analysis to lease administration, budget reporting, and performance monitoring. You will become familiar with the mall’s unique selling points and leasing matrix, supporting the team in maintaining high occupancy rates while identifying opportunities to enhance the retail experience.As part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will conduct property tours, manage lease agreements in line with Ejari regulations, and coordinate tenant on-boarding with internal teams including operations, finance, marketing, and technical departments to ensure a smooth handover. You will assist with renewals, terminations, and special leasing formats such as pop-ups, kiosks, and seasonal activations that drive footfall and brand variety. Your role will also involve maintaining strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and partners, ensuring timely updates, professional communication, and overall satisfaction at every stage of the leasing process.
