* Fluent Arabic speaker with strong understanding of regional labour laws. * Proven HR leadership experience in large, labour-intensive organisations (preferably 5,000+ employees). * Exposure to multi-industry environments and holding-level structures. * Expertise in HR analytics, workforce planning, succession planning, and operational HR delivery. * Strong digital transformation experience, including SAP systems. * Pragmatic, firm, and empathetic leader with exceptional troubleshooting and execution skills. * Comfortable managing blue-collar-heavy workforces (70% blue collar).
