Job Summary:
We are seeking a Chinese to English Translator to facilitate clear and accurate verbal communication between management and manpower. The role focuses on real-time interpretation to ensure smooth coordination, understanding, and effective workplace communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide verbal interpretation between Chinese-speaking management and English-speaking manpower
- Assist during meetings, site discussions, toolbox talks, and daily work coordination
- Convey instructions, feedback, and safety requirements accurately
- Bridge language and cultural gaps to avoid misunderstandings
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Fluency in spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English
- Proven experience in verbal interpretation or liaison roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in site or operational environments
