SureAgentic AI is an AI-first SaaS platform building autonomous, human-like communication systems across Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SMS, and Voice. We are looking for a full-time Prompt Engineer to work daily with our product and engineering team to design, test, and optimize AI workflows that power our platform.
This role is hands-on and core to the product. You will work directly with live systems, real users, and production AI agents—not experiments or side projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, write, test, and optimize prompts for production AI agents
- Build structured prompt frameworks for sales, marketing, and decision-making workflows
- Work closely with engineers to integrate prompts into live systems
- Optimize AI outputs for accuracy, tone, consistency, and business outcomes
- Create prompt templates, guardrails, and evaluation logic
- Iterate daily based on real user feedback and system performance
- Collaborate using Cursor in a fast-paced development environment
