Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead, manage, and scale our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the UAE real estate market, and a proven track record in off-plan and secondary sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off-plan, resale, and leasing
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and individual agent productivity
- Generate and manage qualified leads and ensure proper follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and key clients
- Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
- Provide market insights, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE real estate sales
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader preferred
- Strong knowledge of off-plan projects, developers, and UAE property laws
- Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
