Job Details
Position Title - Associate Emiratization
Employment Type - 18-Month Project-Based Role
Work Location - Dubai, UAE (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training and development program delivered by the Bank and EFI
- Support assigned banking, technology, or operational functions as part of the project
- Learn and apply banking systems, processes, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to support day-to-day operations and project deliverables
- Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality within a regulated banking environment
- Meet performance and learning milestones defined during the engagement period.
Candidate Requirements
- Nationality: UAE
- Education: Bachelor's degree in one of the following:
- Information Technology
- Application Network & Programming
- Information Security
- GPA: 3.0 or above
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates only
- Military Service: N Military Service must be completed
Employment Details
- Work Model: Fully onsite (no hybrid / remote option)
- Banking Type: Commercial Bank (not Islamic Bank)
