As a Procurement & Logistics Specialist - Healthcare, you will support the Procurement & Logistics Specialist - Healthcare in developing and implementing contract management strategies, and effectively manage a portfolio of contracted suppliers post-contract finalisation.
In this role, you will
- Manage an assigned category independently, ensuring business needs and corporate interests are met
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier database for the assigned category
- Support sourcing and business units on disputes and penalties through contract data, spend analysis, performance reporting, and recommendations for contract, SLA, or specification changes
- Establish and maintain a supplier relationship management program, recognising performance and addressing issues proactivel
- Ensure supplier compliance with Emirates Group safety, security, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Manage the end-to-end contract management process in line with company standards
- Prepare and share supplier performance and contract management reports with stakeholders in accordance with agreed SLAs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Produce monthly contract management and performance reports for the sourcing team.
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience in Procurement/Contract Management
- Proven experience in procurement and contract management
- Strong understanding of market trends with sound commercial and business judgement
- Effective negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical capability
- Proficient in generic business applications and procurement systems

- Internationally recognised professional certifications such as MCIPS, CIPS, CPP, CSMP, CPSM, or IPSCMI qualifications (e.g. CIPP, CPPP, CISCP, CICCM, CIPN, CITLP, CISM, CMPO)
