POSITION OVERVIEW:
We're seeking a Content & Creative Manager to serve as the guardian of the Homebox brand and lead all creative output across channels. This role is the Executive Producertranslating business objectives into compelling creative campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, and developing content strategies. Work closely with the Category team, to develop brand campaigns and communication roadmaps that showcase our product ranges while building long-term brand equity across the GCC.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Development & Execution
- Own seasonal & topical campaign Calendar- conceptualize overarching themes that work across all channels.
- Lead integrated campaign development from brief through post-campaign analysis for seasonal campaigns, product launches etc.
- Develop campaign creative territories, key visuals, messaging hierarchies, and channel adaptations.
- Ensure seamless campaign execution across all touchpoints: digital ads, social media, stores, email, SMS.
Category Campaign Collaboration
- Partner closely with Category team to understand product strategies, launches, and seasonal priorities.
- Develop integrated brand campaigns and communication roadmaps aligned with category plans.
- Develop category-specific content strategies (furniture, dcor, organization, outdoor, etc.).
Content Strategy & Production
- Develop content strategy that supports brand storytelling across owned channels: website, social media, email, stores.
- Manage content production logistics: photoshoots, video shoots, AI usage, and content creation workflows.
- Brief and direct Designers, Artists, photographers and videographers on product shoots, lifestyle shoots, and campaign productions.
- Develop shot lists, mood boards, and creative direction documents for all content production
- Oversee copywriting for campaigns, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging across English and Arabic.
Brand Adherence
- Serve as the custodian of the Homebox brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and markets.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines covering logo usage, color palette, typography, photography style, tone of voice, and design principles.
- Review and approve all creative work before release, ensuring it meets brand standards and campaign objectives while ensuring brand consistency, quality and on-time delivery.
- Stay ahead of creative trends in retail, home decor, and lifestyle marketing.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6-8 years of experience in creative & brand management preferably in Furniture retail.
- Strong creative direction skills with portfolio demonstrating campaign work, brand development, and visual storytelling.
- Brand management expertise including brand guidelines development, brand architecture, and brand governance.
- Design literacy: strong aesthetic sensibility and ability to provide constructive creative feedback.
- Agency/vendor management experience including briefing, relationship management, and budget negotiation.
- Production management skills: experience managing photoshoots, video production, and print/digital asset creation.
- Excellent communication skills: fluent in English (Arabic will be added advantage).
