Position Title: Quantity Surveyor - Exhibition Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 12K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia About the Client: A Dubai-based agency specializing in exhibitions, brand activations, interior fit-outs, and MEP services, with award-winning projects delivered across the region Job Description: • Estimate costs for exhibition stands, events, and fit-outs by preparing budgets and interpreting CAD drawings to deliver cost-effective, high-quality plans.• Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to get estimates, build relationships, and suggest cost-saving solutions.• Coordinate project schedules, manage variation orders, and ensure timely delivery while keeping costs within budget.• Assist sales managers with client price negotiations and prepare budgets for operations and supplier discussions.
Qualifications: • Open to Asian and Arabic nationals, aged 40 and below.• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field • Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying for exhibition stands.• Strong knowledge of materials, methods, production timelines, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
