A well-established corporate training provider with operations across the GCC, Levant and the UK is strengthening its presence in Saudi Arabia and is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the KSA market. With a strong focus on IT training alongside business, project management and soft skills programmes, this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in expanding long-term client partnerships within the Kingdom.Reporting to the Business Development Director and based in Riyadh, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients and developing existing accounts through a consultative and solutions-led sales approach. The role will involve proactively identifying and researching prospective organisations, engaging decision-makers through cold and warm outreach, attending client meetings, and gaining a clear understanding of training needs in order to propose tailored learning solutions delivered by in-house specialists in both classroom and online formats.You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to proposal development, negotiation and contract closure, while maintaining a structured and well-managed sales pipeline. Ongoing relationship management is central to the role, including regular follow-ups with clients and post-training feedback to ensure service excellence, client satisfaction and repeat business. Close collaboration with internal trainers, operations and senior leadership is essential to ensure smooth delivery and long-term account growth.
The successful candidate will be a commercially driven sales professional with 3–5 years’ experience in corporate training sales or a closely related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. You will be an excellent communicator, fluent in both English and Arabic, confident presenting to senior stakeholders and comfortable operating autonomously within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
